Once one of Europe's grandest international railway stations. Then a bridge collapsed, the trains stopped, and Canfranc was left behind — a forgotten monument at the edge of the Pyrenees.

Granite ridgelines give way to high alpine lakes. The trail climbs through pine forest before breaking into open rock, with the Ibón de Anayet reflecting the peaks above it.
